Savvy Company along with Nova Scotia Tourism & Wines of Nova Scotia invite you to join us for a delicious discovery of impressive Nova Scotia wines paired with an outstanding seafood feast.

 

Better than a lobster dinner or a kitchen party, be ready to be WOWed as you sip hard-to-find Nova wines paired with a multi-course gourmet menu created by Nova Scotia's highly acclaimed Chef Michael Howell of Tempest Restaurant in Wolfville – often hailed as the best restaurant in Nova Scotia. 

 

Chef Howell will share the spotlight (& kitchen!) with Ottawa’s internationally renowned Executive Chef Michael Blackie of the National Arts Centre & host of Food Network Canada Chef*Off!

 

The selection & stories about the award winning wines will be shared by Savvy Company’s Sommelier Debbie Trenholm who has frequently toured the vineyards in Nova Scotia.  Debbie continues to be impressed with the quality of the unique wines, yet, most of all, the dynamic people who are pioneering the wine industry that boasts 12 plus wineries throughout the province.
